NOR-1, a NR4 nerve growth factor-like receptor, has been shown to affect neuronal development, T-cell apoptosis, and cancer development.
NOR-1 binds to NBRE (NGFI-B response element) and regulates the pro-opiomelanocortin (POMC) gene.
NOR-1 is induced rapidly but transiently by a variety of stimuli.
Downregulation of NOR-1 and other NGFI-B family members is correlated with drug addiction-prone behavior of Lewis rats.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.

Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3-7ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
