ErbA-related protein Ear-2, a NR2 Hepatocyte NF4-Like Receptor, has been shown to affect myeloid cell growth and differentiation, oxytocin expression in the uterus, aldehyde dehydrogenase 2 promoter function, human luteinizing hormone receptor transcription, and thyroid hormone receptor function.
Ear-2 has been shown to form heterodimers with receptor COUP-TFII in mouse cells.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 4ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
