GPR154/Vasopressin Receptor-Related Receptor 1 belongs to the Vasopressin/Oxytocin.
An endogenous ligand has been identified which upon binding causes intracellular calcium mobilization in a dose-depentdent manner.
Recently this receptor has been implicated in asthma (Laitinen et al.
2004).
Two isoforms of the receptors have been isolated; isoform B shows increased expression in asthmatic patients.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
