MCHR2/GPR145 is a Melanin-Concentrating Hormone Receptor.
Melanin-concentrating hormone plays an important role in the control of feeding behaviors and energy metabolism.
Unlike MCH1, MCH2 signaling is not sensitive to pertussis toxin, and MCH2 cannot reduce forskolin-stimulated cAMP production.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 21ug/mlImmunocytochemistry: 10-20ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
