84-2144-27 MCHR2 (G protein-coupled receptor slt, GPRv17, GPR145, G protein-coupled receptor 145, G-protein coupled receptor 145, MCH receptor 2, MCHR-2, MCH-2R, MCH-R2, MCH2, Mch2 receptor, SLT receptor, MCH2R, SLT) 50ug 170953
特徴
- MCHR2/GPR145 is a Melanin-Concentrating Hormone Receptor.
- Melanin-concentrating hormone plays an important role in the control of feeding behaviors and energy metabolism.
- Unlike MCH1, MCH2 signaling is not sensitive to pertussis toxin, and MCH2 cannot reduce forskolin-stimulated cAMP production.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 8-19ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
