特徴

MCHR1 is a Melanin-Concentrating Hormone Receptor that binds MCH to regulate nutritional homeostasis, including feeding and body adiposity.
The receptor also functions in sensory perception and integration of smell and gustatory inputs, as well as in emotion and memory.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3-5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
