• GPR30 is a transmembrane intracellular estrogen receptor (Revankar et al.

• Progestin inhibits growth in breast cancer cells through GPR30.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
• Not suitable for Western Blot or Immunofluorescence.

• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 15-20ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
