G2A belongs to the Lysophospholipid/Lysosphingolipid Receptor family and is an anti-proliferative cell cycle regulator that plays a critical role in controlling peripheral lymphocyte homeostasis.
Loss of G2A expression leads to the development of a late-onset autoimmune syndrome (Le et al, 2001).
Lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC) is the activating ligand for G2A.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.

Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
