FZD5 is a Frizzled Receptor that mediates Wnt signaling.
FZD5 is associated with limb bud and bone marrow stem cell development.
FZD5 contributes to the activated state of fibroblast-like synoviocytes from patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
Recently, FZD5 has been implicated in melanoma metastasis through the Wnt5a and PKC pathway.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 24ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
