• Proteinase-activated receptor 3 (PAR3) is a member of the Proteinase-Activated Receptor subfamily.
• The enzyme thrombin is involved in the activation of platelets, leukocytes, endothelial cells, and mesenchymal cells at sites of vascular injury.
• These cellular responses are triggered through proteolytic activation of PAR3 and other receptors by thrombin.
• It is believed that PAR3 functions as a cofactor for the cleavage and activation of PAR4.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 2.8-4.6ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
