特徴
- The Proteinase-activated receptor 2 (PAR2) is a member of the proteinase-activated receptor subfamily.
- It is activated through proteolytic exposure of an occult tethered ligand by trypsin and trypsin-like proteases.
- This is in contrast to other members of the subfamily which are activated by the protease thrombin.
- PAR2 has been implicated in acute inflammatory response, asthma, and pain transmission.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
