特徴
- Estrogen receptor-related receptor (ERR gamma), a NR3 Steroid Receptor, has been suggested to affect differentiation of the brain, heart, and kidney.
- ERR gamma binds as a monomer to an extended half-site of the ERRE type (TCAAGGTCA).
- ERR gamma has been shown to interact with PGC-1 alpha and has been implicated in the regulation of mitochondrial energy metabolism.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 9-17ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
