ERBB-4 receptor tyrosine kinase is activated by neuregulins, nrg- 2, nrg-3, heparin-binding egf-like growth factor, betacellulin and ntak to regulate cell proliferation and differentiation.
Several isoforms of the ERBB-4 receptor tyrosine kinase have been identified and differ functionally in their response to phorbol ester: they represent cleavable and noncleavable forms of the receptor.
These isoforms are differentially expressed in tissues.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 16ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
