Cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 2 (CysLT2) is a Chemoattractant Receptor that binds neutrophil chemoattractants such as cysteinyl leukotrienes.
These ligands have potent proinflammatory activity and are implicated in many features of asthma including edema, bronchial constriction, and hyperreactivity (Bisgaard et al., 2000).
Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 1:1000Western Blot: 1:250Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
