CXCR5, a Chemokine Receptor, also called Burkitt's lymphoma receptor 1, is required for normal development of Peyer's patches, inguinal lymph nodes, and splenic follicles.
CXCR5 binds B-lymphocyte chemoattractant (BLC) and is involved in B-cell homing to follicles in lymph nodes and spleen.
Two isoforms are produced by alternative splicing.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
