CXCR3, a Chemokine Receptor, is highly similar to the interleukine 8B receptor and has been shown to mediate recruitment of T cells to sites of inflammation and retention of T-cells in the inflamed CNS.
CXCR3 has been suggested to be the principal inflammatory chemokine receptor involved in intrathecal accumulation of T-cells in multiple sclerosis and diabetes.
It is expressed on malignant B cells in chronic lymphoproliferative disorders (Jones et al., 2000).
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 16ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
