特徴

• The IL8RB is a Chemokine Receptor also known as type 1 interleukin-8 receptor.
• There are three interleukin-8 receptors on chromosome 2: IL8RA (type 2), IL8RB (type 1), and a pseudogene.
• Results from mouse knock-out studies suggest that IL8RB may inhibit the expansion and development of neutrophils and B cells (Cacalano et al., 1994).
• IL8RB is a high-affinity receptor for IL8, and for GROalpha, beta, and gamma (Ahuja and Murphy, 1996 ).
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 2-5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
