特徴

• CXCR1, also known as Interleukin 8 Receptor A (IL8RA), is a Chemokine Receptor also known as type 2 interleukin-8 receptor.
• There are three interleukin-8 receptors on chromosome 2: IL8RA, IL8RB (type 1), and a pseudogene.
• IL8RA is activated by interleukin-8, growth-regulated peptide (GRO), and neutrophil-activating peptide 2 (NAP-2).
• It is expressed in neutrophils and lymphocytes but not in eosinophils.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 7-11ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
