CB2 Cannabinoid receptors are present in the immune system and are associated with producing antinociception to external stimuli, such as temperature.
Unlike CB(1) receptors, CB(2) receptors are expressed in the periphery, and not the central nervous system.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 13-26ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
