Also known as CRKRS, the protein has an arginine/serine-rich (RS) domain that is found predominantly in splicing factors, and extensive proline-rich regions that match the consensus for SH3 and WW domain binding sites.
Anti-CrkRS immunoprecipitates have been shown to phosphorylate the C-terminal domain of RNA polymerase II in vitro.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 6ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
