- CDC7L1, CDC7 type protein kinase, regulates firing of the origins of initiation in DNA replication.
- CDC7L1 forms a complex with a Dbf4-related regulatory subunit to generate an active kinase.
- Mini-chromosome maintenance protein (MCM) is the major physiological target of Cdc7L1.
- At least three mRNA variants have been reported.
- Overexpression of the CDC7L1 protein may be associated with neoplastic transformation for some tumors.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 6.5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
