• CCR4, a Chemokine Receptor, mediates inflammatory responses and HIV-1 infections.
• It binds beta-family chemokines (CC motif) such as TARC (thymus and activation-regulated chemokine) and MDC (macrophage-derived chemokine).
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 2-3ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
