特徴

• CCR2, a Chemokine Receptor, is a regulator of monocyte/macrophage trafficking and is upregulated in response to inflammation.
• Resistance to HIV-1 infection or delayed progression to AIDS may be linked to CCR2 polymorphisms.
• The ligand for CCR2 is monocyte chemoattractant protein (MCP-1), a chemokine produced by endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells, and macrophages.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 2-5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
