• Cacna1c is the cardiac alpha Cav1 subunit of the voltage-gated calcium channel.
• Cacna1c is responsible for calcium influx during contraction and calcium homeostasis in cardiac muscle.
• At least two isoforms are produced by alternative splicing.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 2.5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
