- Bradykinin Receptor B1 (BKB1) has been implicated in inflammation and nociception.
- BKB1 receptor is rapidly induced under many inflammatory conditions such as colitis and hyperalgesia, allergic rhinitis, and inflammation.
- In vitro studies have implicated lipopolysaccharide, interleukins, and interferon as effectors in the rapid induction of BKB1 receptor expression.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
- Not suitable for use in ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
