特徴

• The human AVPR2 locus encodes vasopressin receptor type 2, a member of the vasopressin/oxytocin family subfamily.
• V2 receptor has been shown to concentrate the urine and maintain water homeostasis by responding to the pituitary hormone arginine vasopressin (AVP).
• Loss of gene function results in the disease Nephrogenic Diabetes Insipidus (NDI).
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3-6ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
