The A2b Adenosine Receptor is a target of theophylline and enprofylline in the treatment of asthma.
In lung mast cells, A2b receptors are associated with the release of inflammatory mediators.
They can also bind the axonal chemoattractant netrin-1 (Corset et al., 2000).
Netrin-1-dependent outgrowth of axons in the dorsal spinal cord directly involves the adenosine A2b receptor and may involve a receptor complex containing the DCC (deleted in colorectal cancer) protein and adenosine A2b receptor.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
