L-Lactic dehydrogenase is isolated and purified from bovine heart.
Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and Dot Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:50-1:500Western Blot: 1:50-1:500Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:500Immunocytochemistry: 1:50-1:500Dot Blot: 1:50-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O or PBS.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
