Inorganic pyrophosphatase is isolated and purified from yeast.
Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and Dot Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:10,000-1:40,000Western Blot: 1:10,000-1:40,000Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:10,000-1:40,000Immunocytochemistry: 1:10,000-1:40,000Dot Blot: 1:10,000-1:40,000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
