特徴

• CD40L is the ligand for CD40, a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor superfamily.
• CD40L is expressed mainly on activated CD4+ T-lymphocytes as a single-pass type II membrane protein.
• Proteolytic processing of the membrane form results in a soluble secreted form of CD40L.
• Microglia and astrocytes interact via CD40 receptor and CD40 ligand.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 0.1-0.5ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (FFPE): 0.5-1ug/ml.
• Heat mediated antigen retrieval is required.
• Boiling sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 fro 20 minutes is recommended.
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
• Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
