• Mouse MIP-1A, or Ccl3, of the intercrine b (chemokine CC family) is a secreted cytokine with inflammatory, pyrogenic and chemokinetic properties.
• It is expressed in lung, spleen, and pancreas, and has a potent chemotactic activity for eosinophils.
• Ccl3 binding to a high-affinity receptor activates calcium release in neutrophils.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:10,000Western Blot: 1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
• Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
