FANCF (also called protein FACF or Fanconi anemia group F protein) is involved in DNA repair, perhaps specifically with post-replication repair or a cell cycle checkpoint function.
FANCF has also been implicated in interstrand DNA cross-link repair and in the maintenance of normal chromosome stability.
FANCF belongs to the multi-subunit Fanconi anemia (FA) complex composed of FANCA, FANCB, FANCC, FANCE, FANCF, FANCG, FANCL/PHF9 and FANCM.
The complex is not found in FA patients.
FANCF is found within the nucleus.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
