AGAP2 (also known as centaurin-gamma1, ARF-GAP with GTP-binding protein-like, ankyrin repeat and pleckstrin homology domains 2, phosphatidyl-inositol-3-kinase enhancer, PIKE, GTP-binding and GTPase activating protein 2 and GGAP2) is a GTPase activating protein that inactivates arf.
The expression of AGAP2 is amplified in human glioblastoma cells.
AGAP2 protein binds.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:40,000-1:200,000Western Blot: 1:5000-1:20,000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile dH2O or PBS.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
