特徴
- Deubiquitinase with an ATP-independent isopeptidase activity, cleaving at the C-terminus of the ubiquitin moiety.
- Catalyzes its own deubiquitination.
- In vitro, isoform 2, but not isoform 3, shows deubiquitinating activity.
- Promotes plasma membrane localization of ARF6 and selectively regulates ARF6-dependent endocytic protein trafficking.
- Is able to initiate tumorigenesis by inducing the production of matrix metalloproteinases following NF-kappa-B activation.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:4000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
