Troponin I is the inhibitory subunit of troponin, the thin filament regulatory complex which confers calcium-sensitivity to striated muscle actomyosin ATPase activity.
Applications:Suitable for use in Peptide ELISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Peptide ELISA: 1:8000Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml detects a band at ~25kD in human, mouse and rat skeletal muscle lysates

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
