特徴

• Thiol protease.
• Has dipeptidylpeptidase activity.
• Active against a broad range of dipeptide substrates composed of both polar and hydrophobic amino acids.
• Proline cannot occupy the P1 position and arginine cannot occupy the P2 position of the substrate.
• Can act as both an exopeptidase and endopeptidase.
• Activates serine proteases such as elastase, cathepsin G and granzymes A and B.
• Can also activate neuraminidase and factor XIII.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:ELISA (Peptide): 1:128,000 (detection limit)Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml.
• ~24kD band observed in human neutrophil lysate (calculated MW of 51.8kD according to NP_001805.3).
• The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
