特徴
- Exhibits arylsulfatase activity and highly specific endoglucosamine-6-sulfatase activity.
- It can remove sulfate from the C-6 position of glucosamine within specific subregions of intact heparin.
- Diminishes HSPG (heparan sulfate proteoglycans) sulfation, inhibits signaling by heparin-dependent growth factors, diminishes proliferation, and facilitates apoptosis in response to exogenous stimulation.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:16,000Western Blot: 1-3ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
