特徴
- TCP1 is member of the chaperonin containing TCP1 complex (CCT), also known as the TCP1 ring complex (TRiC).
- This complex consists of two identical stacked rings, each containing eight different proteins.
- Unfolded polypeptides enter the central cavity of the complex and are folded in an ATP-dependent manner.
- The complex folds various proteins, including actin and tubulin.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:32,000Western Blot: 0.01-0.03ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
