特徴
CaMKII is a member of calcium/calmodulin-activated kinase, functioning in neural synaptic stimulation and T-cell receptor signaling.
CaMKII has catalytic and regulatory domains.
The binding of Ca++/calmodulin to its regulatory domain releases its autoinhibitory effect and activates the kinase.
The activated CaMKII further autophosphorylates itself at Thr286 to render the kinase constitutively active.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:64,000Western Blot: 0.1-0.3ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
