特徴

• Granzymes are serine proteases known mostly for their role in the induction of apoptosis.
• Granzymes A and B have been extensively studied, but relatively little is known about granzymes C to G and K to M.
• T cells, lymphohematopoietic stromal cells, and granulated metrial gland cells express granzyme D, but the function of granzyme D is unknown.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:100-200.
• Recombinant Thyroglobulin (Ser2083~Ala2333) in loading buffer
• Usage: 10ul per well when 3,3'-Diaminobenzidine(DAB) as the substrate
• 5ul per well when used in enhanced chemilumescent (ECL).
• Loading Buffer: 100mM Tris(pH8.8), 2% SDS, 200mM NaCl, 50% glycerol, BPB 0.01%, NaN3 0.02%
• Western Blot: 1:100-400Immunocytochemistry: 1:100-500Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-500 (frozen)Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-200 (paraffin sections) Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
