• CEREVISIAE, HOMOLOG OF, 3), also called RLFB or P1 PROTEIN, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MCM3 gene.
• MCM3 is one of the highly conserved mini-chromosome maintenance proteins (MCM) that are involved in the initiation of eukaryotic genome replication.
• The MCM3 gene is mapped to 6p12.2.
• This protein is a subunit of the protein complex that consists of MCM2-7.
• It has been shown to interact directly with MCM5/CDC46.
• This protein also interacts with, and thus is acetlyated by MCM3AP, a chromatin-associated acetyltransferase.
• The acetylation of this protein inhibits the initiation of DNA replication and cell cycle progression.

• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 0.1-0.5ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 0.5-1ug/ml.
• Antigen retrieval by boiling paraffin sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 20 minutes is required for the staining of paraffin sections
• Immunocytochemistry: 0.5-1ug/ml
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
• Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
