Hematopoietic growth factor capable of stimulating the proliferation of lymphoid progenitors.
It is important for proliferation during certain stages of B-cell maturation.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutralization.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:ELISA (Sandwich): 0.5-2ug/ml Detects at least 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant Rat IL-7 in conjunction with 143635 Il-7 (Interleukin-7, Il7) (Biotin).
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
Detects of 1.5-3ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions of recombinant Rat IL-7 in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents
Neutralization: 0.14-0.21ug/ml Yields one-half maximal inhibition of the biological activity of Rat IL-7 (5ng/ml)Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
