• WNT proteins are extracellular signaling molecules involved in the control of embryonic development.
• WIF1 is a secreted protein, which binds WNT proteins and inhibits their activities.
• This protein contains a WNT inhibitory factor (WIF) domain and 5 epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like domains.
• It may be involved in mesoderm segmentation.
• This protein is found to be present in fish, amphibia and mammals.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:50-1:100Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
