特徴
- Stra6 may act as a high-affinity cell-surface receptor for the complex retinol-retinol binding protein (RBP/RBP4).
- Acts by removing retinol from RBP/RBP4 and transports it across the plasma membrane, where it can be metabolized.
- This mechanism does not depend on endocytosis.
- Binds to RBP/RBP4 with high affinity.
- Increases cellular retinol uptake from the retinol-RBP complex (By similarity).
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and FLISA.
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
