特徴
- FYN is a member of the protein-tyrosine kinase oncogene family.
- It encodes a membrane-associated tyrosine kinase that has been implicated in the control of cell growth.
- The protein associates with the p85 subunit of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase and interacts with the fyn-binding protein.
- Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
