特徴

• FMO3 is involved in the oxidative metabolism of a variety of xenobiotics such as drugs and pesticides.
• It N-oxygenates primary aliphatic alkylamines as well as secondary and tertiary amines.
• It plays an important role in the metabolism of trimethylamine (TMA), via the production of TMA N-oxide (TMAO).
• Is also able to perform S-oxidation when acting on sulfide compounds.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
