CR2 is a membrane protein, which functions as a receptor for Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) binding on B and T lymphocytes.
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry (Not Tested), and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:100-1:500FLISA: 1:1,000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Flow Cytometry (Not Tested): 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
