特徴
- CDC25C is a tyrosine phosphatase and belongs to the Cdc25 phosphatase family.
- It directs dephosphorylation of cyclin B-bound CDC2 and triggers entry into mitosis.
- It is also thought to suppress p53-induced growth arrest.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry (Not Tested), FLISA
- Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-500Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
