特徴

• Chromosomal segregation during mitosis as well as meiosis is regulated by kinases and phosphatases.
• The Aurora kinases, members of the Ser/Thr protein kinase family, associate with microtubules during chromosome movement and segregation.
• Aurora kinase C may play a part in organizing microtubules in relation to the function of the centrosome/spindle pole during mitosis.
• This protein is localized to centrosome from anaphase to cytokinesis.
• Expression is limited to testis in normal cells.
• Elevated expression levels are seen only in a subset of cancer cells such as HepG2, HuH7 and HeLa cells.
• Aurora-C expression is maximum at M phase.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: Formalin fixed paraffin embedded.
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
