特徴

• The gene for CCL19 is one of several CC cytokine genes clustered on the p-arm of chromosome 9.
• Cytokines are a family of secreted proteins involved in immunoregulatory and inflammatory processes.
• The CC cytokines are proteins characterized by two adjacent cysteines.
• CCL19 may play a role in normal lymphocyte recirculation and homing.
• It also plays an important role in trafficking of T cells in thymus, and in T cell and B cell migration to secondary lymphoid organs.
• It specifically binds to chemokine receptor CCR7.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
